 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Java / Spring Boot und idealerweise auch Kenntnisse in TypeScript / Angular

 * Gutes Verständnis für Stabilität, Skalierbarkeit und Wartbarkeit im produktiven Betrieb - auch bei wachsendem Traffic.
 * Freude daran, deine Kolleg:innen durch Orientierung, Sparring und klare Entscheidungen zu befähigen
 * Interesse daran, neue Technologien pragmatisch einzusetzen und Potenziale von KI sinnvoll ins Produkt zu integrieren (z. B. Erfahrung mit Claude Code, Copilot o. Ä.)
