## About the Role

De formation Bac à Bac+3 en Informatique (ou équivalent), vous justifiez d'une première expérience significative sur une mission de déploiement.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'environnement poste de travail dans son ensemble.

Permis B requis afin de vous déplacer sur les différents sites clients sur Lyon (véhicule fourni).

## Description

dans le cadre d'une mission d'intérim à pourvoir au plus tôt, et prévue jusqu'à fin octobre. Si le poste est au départ de Bron, il nécessite de nombreux déplacements sur Lyon et alentours., Intégré au sein d'une équipe, vous intervenez dans le cadre d'un projet de migration vers Windows 11 pour un grand compte du secteur public lyonnais.

Avec l'appui du Responsable du service et après une période de montée en compétences, vous menez à bien les missions suivantes :

 * Gestion des incidents et demandes
 * Diagnostic incidentologie
 * Traitement via outil ticketing
 * Interventions sur sites client
 * Assurer un support technique de proximité auprès des utilisateurs pendant et après la migration
 * Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques liés à Windows 11

Environnement technique : OS Windows (11), Onlyoffice / Outlook, Active Directory
