* Vous êtes titulaire d'un bac +3 en informatique (ou d'un titre de niveau 6 équivalent) et souhaitez intégrer le Mastère Professionnel Manager en architecture et applications logicielles des systèmes d'information en 2 ansà CESI.

 * Une capacité à travailler avec de nombreux interlocuteurs : équipes techniques, métiers, sécurité, achats, fournisseurs ;
 * Une excellente capacité d'analyse et de structuration ;
 * De la rigueur dans la gestion de données et de référentiels ;

## Description

* Cartographier le système applicatif sur la base du référentiel existant : identifier et référencer l'ensemble des applications, documenter, mettre en place les règles de qualité, identifier les coûts associés.
 * Structurer le service management : Formaliser les SLA / OLA, niveaux de service et indicateurs de performance ; Identifier les processus Run : incident, problème, changement, demande, disponibilité, continuité ; Contribuer à la mise en place des tableaux de bord et KPI.
 * Participer au RUN : Suivi et qualification des incidents applicatifs, Participation à la gestion des incidents et à leur résolution avec les équipes techniques, Suivi des demandes et problèmes récurrents ; Participation aux changements applicatifs et au suivi des mises en production.
