Project Delivery Experience * 3+ years' experience delivering Data & AI, analytics or data platform projects using Microsoft and/or Azure Databricks technologies. * 5 to 8 years' experience in a client-facing consultancy or professional services environment. * Strong knowledge of Lakehouse, Data Warehousing, data modelling and modern analytics architectures. * Experience building data pipelines, integration solutions and cloud-based data platforms. * Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills. * Able to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solution design. * Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies. * Strong analytical, problem-solving and consulting capabilities. The role combines hands-on technical delivery, modern data platform architecture, governance, data engineering and analytics expertise with strong consulting, stakeholder management and communication skills. Responsibilities include leading workshops and technical engagements, designing scalable and secure data solutions, supporting pre-sales and proposals, mentoring consultants, managing delivery risks and helping clients realize business value from their data and technology investments, with occasional UK and international travel required., * Lead the delivery of complex Data, Analytics, AI and platform modernization projects using Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks and other Azure data services. * Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions and technical engagements, translating business requirements into practical data and analytics solutions. * Design scalable, secure and well-governed data platform architectures that align with client objectives and industry best practice. * Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery, ensuring solutions meet agreed quality, performance and business outcomes. * Support business development activities by contributing to pre-sales engagements, solution architecture, estimates and commercial proposals. * Design and develop data models, semantic models and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision making and measurable business value. * Advocate for effective data governance, user adoption and change management to maximize the value realized from technology investments. * Mentor and support consultants, promoting engineering excellence, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across delivery teams. * Produce high-quality technical documentation, solution designs and client-facing deliverables to support successful project outcomes. * Proactively manage technical risks, dependencies and delivery challenges, working with clients and project teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
