What matters most is your ability to engage with people, build relationships and bring energy and enthusiasm to the role., * Good standard of general education (GCSE level or equivalent minimum) * Good knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook, * RSA level 3/ NVQ level 3 or equivalent * NVQ or equivalent in a health related subject * Quality Improvement experience * PRINCE 2 or equivalent foundation * Change management foundation / experience, * Experience within the NHS or similar * Experience in a customer facing/patient facing environment * Experience of working within a complex organisation, * Some experience in change management * Some experience in project management, * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels * Excellent interpersonal skills * Able to create correspondence and devise visual presentations requiring accurate use of English * Ability to analyse complex data and problem solve * Good organisational and administrative skills * Ability to plan, prioritise and organise own workload effectively * Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision Attitude ## Description In less than10 months, we will go live with our new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system; a transformational change that will improve how we deliver care, communicate across teams, and support our patients and staff every day. To help make this happen, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and approachable individuals to join our growing EPR Change Team as Change Agents. About the Programme The Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group is implementing a shared Electronic Patient Record across three acute trusts: James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (JPUH) Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH) The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust (QEH) This major investment will create a more connected, digital and patient-centred healthcare system, improving safety, quality, efficiency and the experience of both patients and staff.
