This is an exciting opportunity to influence how technology, data and innovation are used to improve services, support practices and enhance patient outcomes across primary care., As Data & Digital Improvement Manager, you will provide operational leadership for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of data, digital and technology-enabled transformation programmes across NPC. Working closely with GP practices, senior leaders, system partners and suppliers, you will lead initiatives that improve data quality, optimise digital systems, support operational decision-making and deliver measurable service improvements.
