This is an opportunity to work on a high-profile digital product used by Tesco customers, solving complex problems and turning them into simple, intuitive experiences. You'll lead UX across significant pieces of work, working closely with Product, Engineering, Research, UI and other teams to take ideas from discovery through to delivery. You'll have the space to influence how we do things, challenge thinking and champion user-centred design, while helping other designers develop along the way.
