Duties * Responsible for providing frontline technical support and maintenance activities, ensuring service levels are effectively maintained * Resolve queries immediately where possible, or manage them through to resolution * Produce required internal and customer-facing reports and documentation * Prioritise, monitor progress, and escalate support issues with customers and suppliers as required * Assist the Operations Manager with customer support activities * Provide out of hours support in line with the agreed schedule * Develop strong relationships as a trusted advisor with key personnel in customer organisations * Undertake training to ensure a high level of technical knowledge is maintained * Communicate effectively with customers via telephone, email and in person * Ensure ongoing communication and information is maintained with the customer * Build and maintain strong client relationships, My client is committed to supporting the professional development of their employees.
