We provide accurate, timely and complex analytical support to the Board, turning data into meaningful information that all aspects of the business (quality, access standards, productivity, activity, income, research) can utilise to make evidence-based decisions and drive improvements. As such, strong Excel skills, an attention to detail and the ability to expertly interrogate relational databases using SQL is essential. Experience of Power BI is also desirable. Applicants should also be experienced in communicating with technical and non-technical colleagues and be able to cater analytical products to a wide range of audiences. Statistical analysis skills or openness to learn is also desirable. Whilst the post holder will work closely with the Business Intelligence Partners they should be able to work autonomously, and with minimal supervision where required.
