You'll be a proven transformation leader with a strong blend of programme delivery, data governance and BI expertise.

 * Leading complex data, analytics or reporting transformation programmes
 * Data governance, data quality and information management expertise
 * KPI framework development and reporting standardisation
 * Strong understanding of data modelling, integration and reporting architecture
 * Advanced Power BI and business intelligence knowledge
 * Experience working across multiple data sources and resolving data quality issues
 * Stakeholder management at all levels with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
 * UAT, implementation, adoption and transition-to-BAU experience
 * Strong workshop facilitation and programme management capability
 * Live SC Clearance

## Description

* Leading the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale data and reporting transformation programme.
 * Establishing data governance, ownership, quality standards and reporting frameworks.
 * Developing KPI libraries, definitions and reporting standards.
 * Reviewing and rationalising existing reporting landscapes.
 * Defining data models, integration requirements and reporting architecture.
 * Working closely with technical specialists to implement automated reporting solutions.
 * Driving stakeholder engagement, workshops, UAT and business adoption.
 * Providing knowledge transfer and ensuring a smooth transition into BAU operations.
