You will play a key role in creating clear, accessible, and user-focused content that helps shape service improvements and supports evidence-based decision-making throughout the discovery phase., This is initially a 4-month assignment starting as soon as possible, with a predominantly remote, UK-based working arrangement and occasional travel to client sites in Bristol, Blackpool, or a client office location for workshops and stakeholder engagement activities., We are seeking a Content Designer to create, review, and improve content across multiple discovery projects. You will work closely with User Researchers, Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, Service Designers, Product stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure content meets user needs and supports excellent service outcomes. The role is delivery-focused, supporting discovery teams in understanding user requirements and translating complex information into clear, concise, and accessible content. You will help shape content strategies, map content journeys, and develop recommendations that improve the user experience. You will operate as part of a wider User-Centred Design (UCD) team, contributing to a collaborative and evidence-led approach to service improvement.
