## About the Role

* Proven experience leading IT Support, Service Desk or IT Operations teams.
 * Strong Microsoft 365, Azure and infrastructure expertise.
 * Experience with networking, cybersecurity, vendor management and IT operations.
 * Knowledge of Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, and IT security controls.
 * Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
 * ITIL or relevant Microsoft/Cisco/CompTIA certifications are desirable.

## Description

My Client is looking for an experienced IT Support Manager to lead the IT support function, reporting directly to the CTO. The role will initially be on a 6-Month Fixed Term basis - with the potential to go Permanent.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage the support team, drive service excellence, oversee key technology suppliers, and provide third-line technical expertise across cloud, infrastructure, networking and security., * Lead and develop a high-performing IT Support team.

 * Drive service delivery, SLAs, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
 * Manage vendors, contracts and technology partners.
 * Provide technical leadership across Microsoft 365, Azure, infrastructure, networking and security.
 * Own and maintain Cyber Essentials and support ISO 27001 compliance activities, ensuring IT controls, security processes and documentation meet business and regulatory requirements.
