We are looking for a practical, curious and enthusiastic person to work as a Junior Systems Developer & IT Support in our Systems team. This is a varied role combining systems development with hands-on IT support in a dynamic, evolving company driven to make a real impact on humanity and the planet., You will enjoy solving problems, learning new technology and helping others. You will be organised, methodical and able to explain technical information clearly. You will be comfortable balancing development work with practical IT support, prioritising tasks and knowing when to escalate an issue. You will bring relevant experience or a qualification in systems development, web development, IT or a related area, or be working towards this. You will also have experience providing practical IT support, setting up laptops, software and user accounts, and using or supporting Microsoft 365. You will have exposure to HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Experience with PHP, SQL, application programming interfaces, version control, Jira, Docker, Power Automate or Power Apps would be an advantage, but relevant training will be provided. To thrive in this role, you will have strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset and a genuine desire to work for a business for good. You will have a flexible, "muck in" approach, adapt to changing priorities and contribute ideas for continuous improvement., If you have previous experience working in a similar development or IT support role then even better. A wicked sense of humour is a bonus too! ## Description Working closely with the wider Systems team, you will help ensure our IT and business systems are used to their full potential to maximise and drive efficiencies to ensure a continued high level of customer service.
