## About the Role

If you have a passion for building websites, enjoy working directly with customers, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, we'd love to hear from you., Experience in the following areas would be an advantage, but isn't essential:

 * HTML & CSS
 * JavaScript
 * PHP
 * MySQL
 * Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
 * VOIP phone systems
 * Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams

We're more interested in your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.

We're also looking for someone who is:

 * A confident and effective communicator
 * Comfortable speaking with customers and colleagues
 * Organised and able to manage multiple fast-moving projects
 * Friendly, proactive and willing to learn, * A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

 * Web development: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

 * English (required)

## Description

You'll work across a variety of projects, helping both new and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include:

 * Building websites for new customers
 * Supporting and maintaining existing customer websites
 * Meeting prospective customers and explaining our services
 * Working with existing customers to resolve issues and develop new features
 * Communicating with customers via phone, email and live chat
 * Providing training and guidance on our systems
