 * Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Entwurf skalierbarer, sicherer Architekturen für Microsoft-365 u. a. Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive
 * Planung und Durchführung von Projekten im Microsoft-365-Umfeld
 * Erstellung von Governance-Modellen, Berechtigungskonzepten und Informationsarchitekturen für die digitale Zusammenarbeit.
 * Durchführung von Workshops, Funktions- und Datentests bei Rollout und Migrationsprojekten
 * Technische Fehlerbehebung und Troubleshooting
