At Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving our technology vision, helping customers solve complex business challenges through modern infrastructure, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and next-generation data center solutions. As a Sales Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be a key member of the Benelux Leadership Team, partnering with customers, industry leaders, and internal stakeholders to accelerate digital transformation and strengthen Lenovo's position as a technology leader.

What are your main responsibilities in this role?

 * Define and execute the technology vision and strategy for Lenovo ISG in the Benelux market, aligned with global priorities and regional business objectives.
 * Act as the senior technical leader for the market, developing and enabling sales teams to win and grow strategic customer relationships.
 * Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping transform business challenges into innovative technology solutions.
 * Drive thought leadership through social media, industry events, customer engagements, and executive forums.
 * Lead a team of technical sellers across infrastructure and workplace solutions, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
 * Develop sales plays, technical strategies, and go-to-market initiatives for both direct and channel sales organizations.
 * Partner closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to accelerate growth through technology-led differentiation.
 * Monitor emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive developments to identify new opportunities and strengthen Lenovo's market leadership.
 * Drive tender efficiency and tooling to maximize tender performance for Infrastructure.
