## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering/Science, or equivalent
 * Results oriented in a fast-paced environment
 * Ability to multi-task
 * Excellent written and communication skills, and ability to articulate findings to others inside/outside of Lenovo
 * Positive professional attitude with flexibility

Preferred Requirements:

 * Understand of the modern PC architecture, and experience assembling/dissembling PCs
 * Familiarity with common operating systems in use today (Windows, key Linux variants)
 * Hardware/Software debugging skills (ability to use scopes/probes/analyzers, kernel debuggers, etc.)

Responsibilities include:

 * Working with our Customer Engineering Team to recreate and resolve configuration-specific issues and compatibility questions with our workstation products
 * Assisting our system architects in the design elements of future generation workstations
 * Debugging of complex problems and issues related to our designs
 * Evaluating new proof-of-concept solutions for feasibility
 * Providing feedback and engineering support to other departments requiring technical information about our products
