To be effective in this role this individual must have the ability to develop SQL scripts to analyze and troubleshoot transaction errors at the database level., * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and related experience * Over five years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle JD Edwards ERP system * Ability to develop SQL scripts to analyze and troubleshoot transaction errors at the database level * Knowledge of EDI order processing * Knowledge of mobile application platforms like DSI, RFgen or similar * Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Microsoft SSRS or Power BI * Good business acumen and knowledge of distribution, supply chain, and manufacturing processes * Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization including business leaders and technical resources * Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation * Ability to manage multiple competing priorities * Self-motivated with a desire and aptitude to learn, improve and innovate It would be nice if you * Have experience in deploying and integrating modern cloud-based applications * Are proficient in project management tools * Have experience in managing cross-functional projects * Have experience managing third-party application service providers ## Description * Lead the support and delivery of our ERP platform Oracle JD Edwards * Act as the primary IT contact for all JDE issues and requests.
