## About the Role

* Fluent English is required
 * Previous experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or a similar role
 * Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware
 * Basic networking knowledge
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Good communication and customer service skills
 * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
 * Ability to travel to client locations when needed
 * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

## Description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical support to business clients in the Milwaukee area., * Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
 * Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
 * Provide support for Windows workstations and business applications
 * Troubleshoot basic network issues, including Wi-Fi, routers, switches, DNS, and DHCP
 * Assist with server-related troubleshooting and maintenance
 * Set up and configure new workstations and user accounts
 * Troubleshoot VPN and remote access issues
 * Perform software installations, updates, and system configurations
 * Assist users with technical questions and day-to-day IT issues
 * Document support requests and solutions
 * Escalate more complex technical issues when necessary
 * Travel to client locations in the Milwaukee area when onsite support is required
 * Provide professional and friendly customer service
