We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 8+ years of experience in managing large-scale programs, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and strategic planning skills to deliver business objectives effectively., * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

 * 10+ years of overall experience with at least 8-10 years in Program Management.
 * Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
 * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
 * Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 * PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience managing global and distributed teams.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 * Experience in digital transformation, cloud, or technology programs.
 * Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

## Description

* Lead and manage multiple projects and programs from initiation to closure.

 * Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business, technology, operations, and external stakeholders.
 * Monitor program performance, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
 * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
 * Manage resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
 * Drive governance meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership.
 * Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and best practices.
 * Facilitate change management and continuous process improvement initiatives.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and executive leadership.
