## Description

Définir la landing zone et la gouvernance technique (intégration, sécurité, réseau, IAM, supervision, logging)

Cartographier les flux, périmètres à intégrer, contraintes d'interconnexion

Produire les cibles d'architecture et plans de remédiation sécurité

Préparer la documentation technique pour l'AO

Contribuer à l'analyse des offres fournisseurs sur le volet architecture/sécurité

Livrables attendus

Plan projet et roadmap (Gantt, synthèse risques)

RFP technique et fonctionnel Cloud souverain (analyse des réponses, grille d'évaluation, restitution COPIL)

Dossier d'architecture détaillé (landing zone, schémas d'intégration, analyse SECNUMCLOUD, gouvernance)

KPIs et reporting régulier (mensuel/hebdomadaire)

Rapport de synthèse de clôture (lessons learned, recommandations, plan de transition)
