Nice-to-Have Skills * Experience implementing a DevOps or "Engineering as Code" environment in a hardware or space context. * Experience in an ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality environment. * Experience in a NewSpace environment or fast-growing startup. ## Description Design and deploy a process and tooling ecosystem for systems engineering and quality, combining a versioned knowledge base, version control and continuous integration (GitLab type), and custom internal applications for requirements management, configuration, quality, and programmatic management. - Define an "as code" engineering architecture (documentation, requirements, traceability matrices, procedures) by adapting software development practices (version control, pull request review, CI/CD) across all satellite engineering disciplines. - Define, develop and maintain necessary internal tools (scripts, web applications, automations) for requirements management, configuration tracking, and non-conformance management. - Define and deploy document management and configuration control processes (baselining, versioning, approval) across the entire product lifecycle. Quality & Processes - Ensure the consistency of processes and tools with the quality standards established by the company. - Train and support engineering teams in adopting new tools and processes.
