Managing a team of Programme and Project Managers, you'll create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence. You'll oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation through to execution and benefits realisation, ensuring effective management of scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll act as the key escalation point for delivery challenges, providing clear reporting, influencing decisions, and driving alignment across business and technology teams. You'll be responsible for optimising delivery approaches, balancing resource demand and capacity, and ensuring programmes are positioned for long-term success.
