Desirable but Not Essential We're keen to hear from individuals who bring transferable experience and a willingness to learn. You may also have: * Knowledge of the Network and Information Systems (NIS) Regulations. * Experience delivering physical security improvement programmes. * Experience within the energy sector or other critical national infrastructure environments. * Understanding of operational technology (OT), resilience and risk management principles. ## Description As our NIS Project Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering security and resilience initiatives that help protect SSE's critical infrastructure. Leading a team of NIS Physical Security Advisors, you'll work collaboratively across the business to ensure compliance with the Network and Information Systems (NIS) Regulations while creating a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence and resilience. Working at the intersection of physical security, regulatory compliance and project delivery, you'll bring people together to drive meaningful outcomes, build capability and ensure our infrastructure locations remain secure, resilient and prepared for the future. You'll oversee the full project lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and engaging stakeholders through to implementation, assurance and benefit realisation, ensuring solutions meet both business needs and regulatory expectations.
