* Strong experience of post-16/post-19 MIS, learner data and funding systems.
 * Detailed knowledge of learning and skills funding rules, ILR requirements and funding assurance processes.
 * Experience of data analysis, dashboard reporting, audit preparation and compliance monitoring.
 * Analytical and IT skills, with the ability to interpret complex performance and funding data.
 * Excellent communication skills and experience working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

## Description

* Lead and develop the service's MI System, data reporting and quality assurance processes.
 * Manage ILR submissions, funding returns and compliance monitoring activities.
 * Produce performance reports, dashboards and management information for senior leaders and partners.
 * Support curriculum planning, funding forecasting, audits, inspections and quality improvement activities.
 * Identify and mitigate funding, compliance and performance risks across direct and commissioned provision.
