## About the Role

The successful candidate will have:

 * Previous experience working with CRM systems, digital systems or business applications.
 * Experience supporting digital transformation or systems improvement projects.
 * Strong understanding of data extraction, reporting and management information.
 * Experience identifying and resolving system or data-related issues.
 * Good knowledge of data quality, data management and reporting processes.
 * Experience working with operational teams to understand requirements and improve system functionality.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
 * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage project tasks and deadlines.
 * Good IT skills and confidence working with databases, CRM platforms and reporting tools.
 * A proactive approach to identifying improvements and resolving issues., * working with CRM systems, digital systems or similar: 1 year (required)

## Description

As a Digital Innovation and Systems Specialist, you will:

 * Support the ongoing development and improvement of a CRM system.
 * Work with operational teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for system improvements.
 * Review system functionality and help ensure digital systems effectively support operational processes.
 * Investigate and resolve system build, data and reporting issues.
 * Support the extraction, analysis and presentation of data from CRM and other digital systems.
 * Develop and improve management information and reporting.
 * Help ensure data is accurate, accessible and suitable for internal and external reporting requirements.
 * Work with colleagues to identify opportunities to improve processes through digital technology.
 * Provide advice and practical support to managers and operational staff using digital systems.
 * Assist with system testing, development and implementation of improvements.
 * Identify data quality issues and support appropriate solutions.
 * Document system processes, requirements and improvements where necessary.
 * Work collaboratively with technical and operational colleagues to deliver project objectives.
 * Contribute to continuous improvement and maximise the effectiveness of existing digital systems.
