## About the Role

We're looking for someone who has commercial experience working as a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer and is comfortable taking ownership of their work.

You'll ideally have:

 * Strong commercial experience with React
 * Solid back-end development experience with Node.js
 * Experience working with PostgreSQL or another relational database
 * A good understanding of full-stack web application architecture
 * Experience building and working with RESTful APIs
 * Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
 * A strong focus on writing clean, maintainable and reliable code
 * The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively in a remote environment
 * Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a wider team

Desirable Skills

It would be great if you also have experience with some of the following:

 * AWS or other cloud platforms
 * Tailwind CSS
 * Next.js
 * CI/CD pipelines
 * Cloud-based application deployments
 * Automated testing and modern development practices

## Description

We're looking for a talented and motivated Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team.

You'll work across the full technology stack, helping to design, build and maintain modern web applications. You'll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, contribute to technical decisions and collaborate closely with product managers and fellow developers.

This is a fully remote UK-based role, offering flexibility and autonomy. From time to time, you may be required to attend our Cannock office for team sessions, planning days or key meetings.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Design, develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Node.js and PostgreSQL
 * Build, integrate and consume RESTful APIs
 * Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code across both front-end and back-end
 * Work closely with product managers and other developers to define, develop and deliver new features
 * Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices and engineering standards
 * Investigate, debug and resolve application issues
 * Help identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability and maintainability
 * Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-quality engineering culture
