## Description

Voor een internationale organisatie in regio Rotterdam zoeken wij een Senior Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de optimalisatie en verdere ontwikkeling van verschillende SaaS-applicaties binnen Service Management, Collaboration en AI.

Je bent de schakel tussen business en IT en krijgt veel eigenaarschap over jouw applicatieportfolio.

* Functioneel beheren en optimaliseren van SaaS- en cloudapplicaties
 * Werken met onder andere Microsoft 365, Copilot en een ITSM-oplossing
 * Businessbehoeften vertalen naar requirements en user stories
 * Complexe incidenten en functionele vraagstukken oplossen
 * Begeleiden van implementaties, releases, testen en UAT
 * Schakelen met stakeholders binnen de business, IT en externe leveranciers
 * Bewaken van kwaliteit, continuïteit en adoptie van applicaties
 * Begeleiden en coachen van junior en medior collega's
