Expérience souhaitée en PME/ETI ou environnement multi-sites. * Réseau : TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, routage (OSPF/BGP). * Équipements : Cisco, HP/Aruba, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, Sophos * Sécurité : gestion de pare-feux, proxy, authentification 802.1X. * Systèmes : Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure (bases). * Support : déploiement et maintenance de postes Windows, outils de prise en main à distance, outils ITSM (ServiceNow, GLPI, simply desk, intune). * Documentation : maîtrise des outils de ticketing et de reporting, bonne expression écrite. ## Description Votre rôle sera d'intervenir sur la partie réseau et systèmes (exploitation, maintenance, projets) et sur le support aux utilisateurs (matériel, logiciels, incidents). Le poste requiert polyvalence, rigueur et sens du service, dans un environnement multi-sites en évolution. Missions principales 1. Exploitation et maintenance du réseau * Administrer et maintenir les équipements réseau (switches, routeurs, firewalls, bornes Wi-Fi, VPN). * Surveiller la connectivité des sites et la performance du réseau (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, SD-WAN). * Gérer les configurations, sauvegardes et mises à jour des équipements. 2. Support aux utilisateurs (Poste de travail) * Assurer le support de niveau 1 et 2 sur les postes de travail (Windows 10/11, Office 365, imprimantes, périphériques, VPN, applications métiers). * Préparer, installer et maintenir les équipements informatiques (PC, portables, smartphones, tablettes). * Gérer les demandes et incidents via un outil ITSM (ServiceNow, GLPI ou équivalent). * Accompagner les utilisateurs sur les bonnes pratiques IT et la sécurité. * Maintenir à jour l'inventaire du parc informatique et participer à sa rationalisation. 3. Projets et évolutions * Participer à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux projets réseau (migration, segmentation, sécurité, interconnexions Cloud). * Contribuer aux projets IT liés aux postes de travail : renouvellement matériel, déploiement logiciel, migration de version. * Tester et valider les configurations avant déploiement. 4.
