## Description

Votre mission
Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous serez en charge d'assurer un rôle d'interface entre les équipes et les outils digitaux dans le cadre de la transformation digitale de l'entreprise. Vos missions seront les suivantes :

 - Assurer le back-up produit et la maintenance des outils existants
 - Garantir la continuité de service et la fiabilité des systèmes utilisés
 - Consolider les outils existants Développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités
 - Mettre en place des automatisations pour améliorer la productivité
 - Renforcer la documentation utilisateurs (tutoriels, supports de formation)
 - Maintenir à jour la documentation technique (Formaliser les processus via des logiques type BPMN)
 - Former les utilisateurs aux nouvelles fonctionnalités
 - Accompagner l'adoption des outils et des bonnes pratiques
