## Description

* Assurer le support aux utilisateurs sur la solution SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Rémunération)
 * Piloter la conduite du changement et la communication sur les projets en cours
 * Participer à la configuration, recette et mise en production des campagnes 2027 d'entretiens annuels, professionnels et de revalorisation salariale
 * Contribuer à la simplification du processus recrutement / Onboarding
 * Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes (SIRH et Métier) et l'intégrateur
 * Produire les livrables attendus : cahiers de recette, newsletters, guides utilisateurs, modes opératoires
