 * Strong leadership and ability to guide a team.
 * Proactivity and ability to identify improvements and risks.
 * Excellent listening and communication skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and taste for best practices.

## Description

As a Salesforce Technical Lead (M/F), you hold a strategic, technical and managerial role.

 * Design robust and scalable Salesforce architectures with business teams
 * Optimise performance and ensure adherence to best practices
 * Oversee integrations (API REST/SOAP, MuleSoft)
 * Define and implement deployment strategies (CI/CD)
 * Lead data migration and recovery
 * Monitor the quality and timeliness of deliverables
 * Mentor developers and foster skills development
 * Identify risks, propose optimisations and ensure overall technical coherence
