SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Specialized experience is defined as: Providing technical guidance in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies; Leading stakeholder engagement and relationship management with government and industry entities to secure AI capabilities; Developing future-oriented strategic roadmaps and Information Technology planning; Leading complex projects and providing expert consultation throughout the program lifecycle; and Conducting market analysis of technological advancements and industry trends to inform acquisition strategies and mission-critical programs., This job does not have an education qualification requirement., * Expert knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) techniques and practices sufficient to accomplish assignments such as: Developing agency level AI playbooks; prototyping AI models using a modern deep learning framework; leveraging machine learning operations techniques for monitoring, validation, and governance of machine learning models; and conducting research for AI solutions to provide guidance to agency customers and to provide feedback to industry partners who offer embedded AI solutions. * Knowledge of giving technology advice, guidance, and consultation for the full program lifecycle, including reviewing acquisition documentation and advising stakeholders to ensure alignment with critical IT requirements, including those associated with artificial intelligence procurements, while supporting the overall program success. * Ability and Skills in providing recommendations to leadership to ensure governmentwide acquisition strategies remain aligned with the evolving AI ecosystem. * Knowledge of acquisition process, contract language, and documents associated with the wide range of IT solutions and services. * Skill and Ability to translate unique customer IT requirements into innovative, integrated, workable solutions, leveraging best practices., * Best Qualified = 4+ out of 5 KSAs * Well Qualified = 3 out of 5 KSAs (Well Qualified for CTAP/ICTAP) * Qualified = 2 or less out of 5 KSAs. If you are eligible under the Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP) or GSA's Career Transition Assistance Plan (CTAP), your resume must clearly demonstrate experience in at least 3 of the 5 required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) to receive priority consideration. ## Description As a Technology Enablement Specialist, you will collaborate and communicate with government entities and relevant IT companies to educate and provide IT acquisition solutions tailored to agencies business requirements and administration priorities., * As an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technical Subject Matter Expert, provides technical guidance for the development and management of the AI marketplace. Stays abreast of new AI developments and use cases. * Provides recommendations to leadership to ensure governmentwide acquisition strategies remain aligned with the evolving AI ecosystem. * Establishes and maintains effective government and industry stakeholder relationships to build AI capabilities securely and financially effectively. * Establishes productive contacts with government and private industry to maintain and enhance technical knowledge and skills. * Keeps current on new technology developments in the IT industry, and exchanges this information with FAS leadership, managers and end- users to foster and enhance mission performance., * Job Title (if Federal Service, provide series and grade; if not in GS plan, provide GS equivalent grade); * Relevant work experience-should include employer name, job title, start and end dates (month/year), the number of hours worked per week and descriptions that explain how you meet the required qualifications in the job announcement. * Education, certifications or licensures-If the job announcement requires any education, certifications or licensures, make sure to include the required information and any required documents like transcripts.
