## Description

The Rating Analyst is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining rating tariffs for individual customers, using the company's TMW system. This position has a high level of focus on accuracy to ensure customers and drivers are billed and paid correctly., * Understand and interpret multiple rate agreements / customer contracts

 * Set-up rating in TMW systems for billing department to be able to efficiently and accurately invoice customers.
 * Work with pricing and sales to ensure accurate information is entered and updated as needed.
 * Answer emails from dispatch and billing regarding rates and charges billable to a specific customer.
 * Work with customers and our collections department to answer questions regarding rating disputes and work to resolve any issues
