## About the Role

* Previous experience with voice/data cabling, telecommunications, or low-voltage installation is preferred
 * Basic understanding of telephone and network cabling
 * Comfortable using hand tools and test equipment
 * Ability to troubleshoot problems and learn new systems
 * Good communication and customer-service skills
 * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
 * Able to work independently and as part of a team
 * Willingness to travel to job sites as needed

## Description

* Install and terminate voice, data, and low-voltage cabling cat3, cat5, cat6
 * Install and maintain basic telephone systems
 * Pull, route, label, and organize cable
 * Install jacks, patch panels, and related equipment
 * Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of cable and telephone systems
 * Read basic drawings, plans, and cable layouts
 * Work safely and maintain a clean, professional job site
 * Communicate professionally with customers and team members
