## About the Role

* University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Management, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
 * At least 5 years of experience in Inventory Planning, Supply Chain Management, Data Governance, Master Data Management, or a related discipline within the Pharmaceutical, MedTech, or a similarly regulated industry.
 * Strong understanding of inventory planning processes, supply-demand concepts, and inventory optimization principles.
 * Ability to understand business challenges, identify optimization opportunities, and translate requirements into sustainable solutions.
 * Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret data, planning parameters, and business impacts.
 * Experience working in complex global organizations with multiple stakeholders, functions (e.g. Quality, Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing), and manufacturing sites.
 * Proven ability to engage, influence, and align diverse stakeholder groups across organizational levels and geographies.
 * Proactive and self-driven mindset with the ability to initiate discussions, drive topics forward, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
 * Hands-on experience with data cleansing, data migration, and data quality management initiatives.
 * Familiarity with SAP solutions and master data management processes.
 * Business fluency in English.

## Description

* Define, implement, and continuously improve global master data standards, governance frameworks, and data policies for Inventory Planning.
 * Develop and maintain clear data object definitions, ownership structures, and governance processes.
 * Translate business requirements into effective data governance solutions supporting inventory planning and supply chain objectives.
 * Collaborate with approximately 40 manufacturing sites worldwide to harmonize master data standards and planning concepts.
 * Partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, Quality, and Production to align business and data strategies.
 * Understand and challenge business requirements by applying knowledge of inventory planning, supply-demand dynamics, and inventory optimization principles.
 * Drive discussions with diverse global stakeholders and facilitate alignment across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
 * Support the design and implementation of future-state processes, roles, responsibilities, and governance structures.
 * Lead data cleansing and data migration activities as part of global business transformation and system implementation projects.
 * Monitor data quality KPIs, resolve master data issues, and promote data governance best practices across the organization.
