## About the Role

* At least 5 years' experience as a project manager in the implementation of ERP systems or complex software projects - ideally on the service provider side
 * Proven experience in leading projects spanning several years and managing long-term client relationships
 * Knowledge of an agile project methodology
 * A confident and assured manner, as well as strong communication skills
 * A solution- and service-oriented approach to work
 * Experience in organising, steering and facilitating complex and politically sensitive project situations
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and in-depth knowledge of project planning software
 * Very good command of German and good command of English
 * Willingness to travel for project-related purposes
 * Openness to innovation and the use of new methods and tools in project management (particularly AI)

Desirable:

 * Project management certification (GPMA, PMI, etc.) or certification in an agile project methodology (e.g. Scrum)
 * Knowledge of Microsoft D365FO and Azure DevOps
 * Experience as a trainer and/or facilitator
