## About the Role

* Are located in or willing to work on-site in the Munich area, 3 days/week from the start
 * Have strong experience (+4 years) with ROS or ROS2
 * Have strong experience (+5 years) coding in modern C++ (17+) and Python 3
 * Have working knowledge of networking and electronics (important for the field-facing side of this role)
 * Have experience with Docker / containerized applications
 * Hold a degree (BSc, MSc, or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
 * Have hands-on experience working with real robots (not just simulation)
 * Can independently tackle mid-sized software development tasks across the stack
 * Are comfortable in technical discussions and can propose solutions
 * Have solid technical English, spoken and written

It'd be a plus if you:

 * Have experience with robotics simulation (Gazebo, NVIDIA Omniverse, or similar)
 * Have system administration experience
 * Have contributed to open source projects
 * Are an active member of a robotics/tech community or have done public speaking on technical topics
 * Have a good level of Spanish
