Nice-to-haves * Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop. * Experience in SharePoint. * Create, deploy, and monitor device configurations and application policies in Intune. * Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to streamline support processes. * Stay up to date with evolving Azure services, tools, and functionalities to improve infrastructure efficiency and security. Soft Skills * Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. * Effective problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. * Team player with a proactive attitude toward learning and collaboration., * Are you comfortable working 5 days at the office?
