## About the Role

We would be especially thrilled if you:

 * Are experienced with developer tools, DSLs, or static analysis.
 * Have hands-on experience working with LSP or editor plugins (for VS Code, IntelliJ IDEA, or similar).
 * Are interested in or experienced with AI agents and how they're orchestrated in real systems.

## Description

* Build and evolve VS Code and IntelliJ IDEA plugins for one of the client projects
 * Develop our language server, including analysis, completion, diagnostics, and verification.
 * Improve the evaluator that turns specs into code and catches spec and code drift.
 * Integrate ThinkRail with AI agent frameworks (e.g. Koog, LangGraph, and Spring AI) and protocols like MCP and ACP.
