* Demonstrated success growing self-serve products with direct responsibility for user activation.
 * Experience managing marketing budgets across channels and reallocating spending based on user acquisition economics.
 * The capability to create your own creative assets - including copy, landing pages, and product demos - without relying on external agencies or designers.
 * Daily experience using LLMs in your own work for research, creative drafting, and data analysis, with the judgment to know when they help or hinder work.
 * Experience working inside a startup or a small, fast-moving product team.
 * Experience doing marketing for developer tools, QA products, or AI tools is a plus.
