As a Production technical support specialist you'll play a key role in developing and improving repair processes. You'll support the production team with manual application concerns and support the implementation of these new techniques. WHAT TO EXPECT

 * Implementation of repair right first time (RFT), improvement projects driven by data and visual standards
 * Inspecting painted vehicle bodies and components, assessing film thickness and appearance, and implementing corrective actions when required
 * Identifying and delivering process optimisation projects, reducing waste and improving paint application performance through data-driven actions
 * Investigating production issues through structured problem-solving and root cause analysis, helping deliver robust and sustainable solutions
 * Supporting with process creation and training of new techniques and processes to the production team
