We have an exciting opportunity for Data Administrator who'll work closely alongside our team to support our new and existing service users by answering phone calls, managing our email inbox, processing referrals, and managing/monitoring datasets. We're looking for someone with great communication and Microsoft Office skills to help us provide a friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming service.
Where: Merseyside
Part Time Hours: 15 per week

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours., * First Point of Contact: Ensure that telecommunications from service users, public enquiries, external agencies, and CGL staff are dealt with promptly, professionally, and courteously

 * Inital Screening: Undertake initial screening for risk level, crime, and abuse type of referrals and
callers.

 * System Support: Support with systems to ensure the targets and aims of the project are met, and
the highest possible professional standards underpin the work.

 * Communication: Maintain communications for lone workers on outreach appointments, to ensure
safety whilst working in the community.

 * Appointment Coordination: Day-to-day appointments of staff, ensuring a high and effective
level of communication.
