## Description

Are you a people person who loves delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have an interest in software and strong administrative skills?, As a Technical Support Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our support desk operation and ensuring an excellent experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

 * Handling incoming calls and providing first-line support
 * Managing and maintaining support desk tickets in line with Service Level Agreements
 * Communicating task priorities clearly within the team
 * Collaborating with colleagues to deliver team objectives
 * Monitoring internal alerts and raising or escalating tickets where needed
 * Following established support desk processes and procedures
 * Producing reports and statistics for the management team
 * Reviewing current processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
