## About the Role

* Proven experience delivering digital transformation, business improvement, automation or technology-enabled change initiatives within a complex operational environment.
 * Strong understanding of digital technologies, including workflow automation, low-code platforms, AI solutions, data analytics and enterprise business systems.
 * Experience developing business cases, investment proposals and benefits realisation plans, with the ability to demonstrate measurable business value.
 * Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
 * Strong business analysis and problem-solving capabilities, with experience translating operational requirements into effective digital solutions.
 * Commercial awareness with an understanding of how technology investments drive operational performance, customer outcomes and financial benefits.
 * Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
 * Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, Engineering or a related discipline; Lean Six Sigma, Project Management or Digital Transformation qualifications desirable.

## Description

The Digital Solutions Manager is responsible for identifying, developing and delivering digital solutions that improve operational performance, enhance customer experience and enable the strategic objectives of Vodafone Business Technology Solutions (VBTS).

The role bridges business needs and technology capabilities, working closely with operational teams, Technology Excellence, IT, vendors and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digitisation, automation, AI adoption and process optimisation. The Digital Solutions Manager will lead the development of business cases, manage solution delivery and ensure benefits are realised through measurable performance improvements.

This role plays a key part in driving Vodafone's digital transformation agenda, ensuring technology is used effectively to simplify processes, improve productivity and create value across the organisation, working closely with AI Leads in the UK and AI Leads in Group.
