## Description

As a Junior Solutions Analyst, you won't be sitting on the sidelines or following a rigid instruction manual. You will have direct ownership from day one helping onboard clients, configuring complex AI workflows to exact business logic, and constantly finding ways to improve the product., * Drive Client Onboarding & Configuration: Take ownership of client setups on the Finova AI platform, configuring complex business rules, system settings, and operational logic.

 * Proactive Problem-Solving: Investigate technical edge-cases, troubleshoot configurations independently, and collaborate with engineering to resolve blockers.
 * Product Optimization: Act as a feedback loop between live clients and our tech team, identifying platform gaps, proposing new features, and testing releases.
 * Market & Process Mastery: Rapidly build deep expertise in financial workflows, broker operations, and modern AI capability.
 * Cross-Functional Ownership: Create clear process documentation, support live client demos, and step up to assist commercial teams where needed.
