Desirable skills Experience with any of the following would be advantageous: * Working with Content Management Systems. * Creating reusable CSS components or design systems. * Browser developer tools and debugging. * Git or other version-control systems. * Web accessibility standards. * Basic understanding of SEO and web performance. The type of person we're looking for We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing clean, accurate and polished work. Small details matter in this role, so you should naturally notice when something is slightly misaligned, inconsistent or doesn't quite look right. You should be comfortable taking a design or brief and working out how best to implement it, while asking questions when requirements aren't clear. You'll also need to be organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys building websites and has a genuine interest in producing a great user experience. Why join us? You'll work primarily with HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript, developing themes that are consistent, accessible and work well across different screen sizes and devices.
