## About the Role

Do you have experience in UI?, * Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

 * Hands-on experience with Unified Service Desk (USD).
 * Experience with USD Hosted Controls, Actions, Events, and Agent Scripting.
 * Knowledge of CTI adapters and telephony integrations.
 * Strong C#/.NET (WPF) development skills.
 * JavaScript experience within Dynamics environments.

Nice to Have

 * XAML and advanced WPF knowledge.
 * Experience building custom UI integrations within Dynamics 365.
 * Knowledge of Omnichannel for Customer Service or Customer Service Workspace.
 * Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira.

## Description

* Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
 * Build and maintain Unified Service Desk (USD) components, including Hosted Controls, Actions, Events, and Agent Scripting.
 * Develop custom hosted controls using C#/.NET (WPF) and JavaScript.
 * Integrate CTI and telephony solutions within USD.
 * Work with USD APIs and SDK to extend platform capabilities.
 * Collaborate with technical teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
