 * Strong background in SaaS platforms, cloud-native architectures, APIs, event-driven systems, and analytics ecosystems.
 * Experience with AWS and/or Azure, multi-tenant architectures, security, IAM, and RBAC.
 * Knowledge of Genesys Cloud, Dynamics 365, REST APIs, Kafka, Data Lakes, and real-time analytics.
 * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.
 * Professional English proficiency.

## Description

* Define and evolve scalable architectures for reporting, analytics, and omnichannel platforms.
 * Establish architecture standards, integration patterns, and security frameworks.
 * Lead integrations across Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, data platforms, and enterprise applications.
 * Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions.
 * Drive technical governance, platform evolution, and architecture best practices.
