## Description

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to help drive a cross-functional squad delivering capabilities across Epic, CRM, web, mobile, and API systems. This is a blend of technical direction and individual contribution - roughly 80% strategy/product involvement, 20% hands-on coding - with real influence over architecture, delivery, and code quality.

What You'll Be Responsible For

 * Providing technical direction within a small squad spanning Epic, CRM, web, mobile, and API development
 * Shaping architecture and design decisions for the digital platform
 * Translating product requirements into technical plans and delivery commitments
 * Supporting sprint execution, estimation, and production readiness
 * Performing thorough PR reviews; upholding code quality, testing, and security standards
 * Leveraging AI tools and agent-based workflows to improve engineering productivity
 * Championing CI/CD, automated testing, and observability
 * Coordinating with peer engineers on cross-squad dependencies, shared architecture, and API contracts
 * Collaborating closely with Product on scope, priorities, feasibility, and tradeoffs
 * Participating in story refinement and journey architecture across web, mobile, and lead/DevOps team functions
